Shipping 

Our shipping services are available to all US states and territories. We provide free regular USPS shipping for orders over $50.For orders under fifty dollars, shipping is $7. USPS will deliver orders in three to five business days.Please be advised that during holidays and other times when the mail service is particularly busy, it may take longer for your package to arrive.  There are no further or back-end costs associated with  siddha herbs once the packing leaves our office .If specific carrier services have unanticipated delays in transit and delivering tracking updates, you may experience some shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. Making sure you receive your orders as soon as possible is our top priority.

RETURNS  AND  REFUNDS 

We accept returns. Customer happiness is important to us. If you would want to return any products

 please send an email to svastha@yahoo.com with the reason for the return. We will contact you within the next two to three working days.

Refunds are only available for approved returns. Most undamaged, unopened items can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. All product returns must reach our warehouse within 30 days of delivery, unopened, unused, and in sellable condition in order to be eligible for a refund.Items that have been opened or damaged may not be eligible for exchanges or refunds.We are sorry, but we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or reimburse your original shipping expenses unless the return was the result of our error.

Only merchandise purchased through www.siddha herbs.org may be returned to us. Returns for products bought from other stores or online must be processed via the individual vendor.
